Missgoodytwoshoes, stable companion Northern Alliance, and Tuscany Rose catch the eye here, with Missgoodytwoshoes taken to make it another successful raid by top Irish trainer Tony Martin. Winner of a seller on the Flat last season, Tuscany Rose reached a place in similar grade over hurdles at Cartmel last time. She is very moderate, but this is a weak affair, and she can reach a place once more. A fair bit of guesswork is involved in making Northern Alliance one of the leading contenders as he has shown little to date. However, he is unexposed, having only run four times, and his shrewd trainer would not have brought him across the Irish Sea without good cause. Missgoodytwoshoes has run well in two of her last three starts in Ireland, turning in her best effort at Cork three outings ago on fast ground. Similar conditions should be prevalent here, and she appears well treated. Missgoodytwoshoes can lose her maiden tag here.
