An open renewal with Holdthasigreen narrowly beating Called To The Bar to win last year’s renewal and holding off Call The Wind in the Prix du Cadran here last time with Way To Paris further behind. Technician had Iskanderhon back in third when scoring over course and distance earlier in the month but Martyn Meade’s charge takes on older horses today including LAH TI DAR. The latter was no match for stablemate Anapurna in a Group 1 contest over 1m6f here last time but the Gosden filly may well improve for this extra distance and go close today. Pedro Cara finished runner-up to David Simcock’s Spanish Mission on a trip over to Belmont last time but this looks tougher.
