TAWSEEF has come good since being upped in trip, winning easily on heavy ground at Brighton earlier this month. Serena Brotherton can steer the four-year-old to another success in this, despite top weight. Cyril The Squirrel won over 1m2f at Bath in 2010 but most of his recent runs have been over a mile while Iguacu has gone off the boil since winning at Bath last month. Monthly Medal should be pressing for a place but Present Day is more interesting as this will only be his sixth start and he caught the eye when fourth in a better race at Salisbury last time.
