    Verdict

Praxeology gave 13lb and a beating to Ainsdale at Chester before finishing last on heavy going at Redcar. The latter has made rapid strides subsequently scoring at York and on this track, the latest on heavy ground, so should be capable of reversing the form despite much worse terms. DAILY TIMES had looked a certain future winner after her three runs in mid-summer and started long odds-on at Brighton but ran poorly. She made amends with an all-the-way victory at Southwell and looks progressive enough to go in again. Glamorous Anna, a winner over this trip on fast ground at Chepstow, has been showing good pace over 6f and is by no means out of this nor is dual winner Zulu Zander, who ran in a Group 3 at Goodwood last time.
