    Verdict

The booking of Kevin Darley could make all the difference for Charming Lotte as she attempts to build on her outing at Catterick last week. She is a very game and consistent performer and Darley might be able to keep her up to her work to get home in the closing stages. Effervesce and Ffynnon Gold are others to consider. Whilst it is unlikely that Skylark, who deserves to register a victory on the boards, will prevail today.
