Verdict
Both Brick Dust and Ferruccio are becoming expensive to follow while Beechcraft Baron is taking on better opposition than when second at Catterick, though has run well for apprentice Gilmar Pereira before. A market move for Marco Botti's debutante Double Trouble, who is by Royal Applause, could be interesting but MALOOF showed enough on his debut at Haydock to suggest he can take this granted normal improvement. Roger Varian's colt met trouble in running that day but came home strongly once finding daylight and will be more street-wise now.
