A very tight handicap indeed with just 4lb separating the entire field bar Directory. Danzay looks best of the more experienced contenders but may have to give way to some interesting handicap newcomers. Hamdan Al Maktoum holds a strong hand with Jurz and Tahreek bringing similar profiles to the table. preference being for the latter, a close second the last day at Salisbury and presumably the choice of Jim Crowley. Tahreek may, in contrast, prove a more long-term project. However, SKYDIVING has improved with each of three outings and may have enough ammunition to repel the aforementioned pair, having looked one to note the last day when runner-up to the useful Red Mist at Kempton. He's also shaped well previously when a promising fourth in a decent Newbury maiden.
