A very moderate race with many horses looking out of sorts. Executive Choice is one exception having finished second in a good claimer at Mussleburgh last time. Although he has never won on the flat he must have place claims at least here. The booking of Jamie Spencer catches the eye on Aston Mara who is drooped in class here and has to be considered. Preference through goes to Regency Red a consistent sort in this company who finished very strongly at Warwick last time. The extra two furlongs should suit.
