Asadjumeirah made steady progress on Turf as a two-year-old, winning his final start at Bath with a subsequent winner in third. He should be capable of better this term but SHALAA ASKER may enjoy a fitness advantage having already had three runs. He was only beaten a head over track and trip before a third off this mark at Thirsk when he didn’t really get the run of the race. Fighter Pilot was another who was progressive last year and he’s been gelded over the winter while Toptime and Night On Earth should both strip fitter today.
