Verdict

King Of Spin has gone well on all three starts since joining Richard Hughes - all at Windsor - and has a solid claim on the formbook. The concern is that he's yet to confirm his ability on soft ground, although not disgraced by any means on good to soft. He could prove good enough especially with Finley Marsh claiming 7lb but CHAMPAGNE BOB is a sprinter in form, has won in the past for Katherine Glenister and has no concerns on the soft. He's in a better race now but can handle the increase in grade. Decent cases can be compiled for the remaining quartet of which the lightly-raced Dirchill and the consistent Storm Cry make most appeal in a competitive sprint.
