In depth

Verdict

Seasett was due to run at Haydock yesterday having won here earlier in the month. Glen Again won a maiden on the all-weather but finished last of four over a longer trip at Newcastle last time while Forever Forward came up short upped to today’s trip at Salisbury. But IMPERIAL SUN should appreciate this extra distance on his handicap debut as he’s a half-brother to St Leger winner Harbour Law and the Gosden colt gets the vote. Fae The Port is upped in class and Zhang Fei placed in a maiden race on a trip over to France last time.
