    Verdict

LUGANO made short work of his rivals at Haydock last week to land a hat-trick and this longer trip should bring further improvement from Sir Mark Prescott’s charge. He’s the one to beat though Perfect Summer won nicely at Windsor last time and is only 3lb higher. Tyrell was placed over 2m recently but remains 12lb higher than his latest win on the Flat but the veteran Hallstatt won off today’s mark at Wolverhampton in January and Ingleby Hollow has slipped down the weights.
