Ivan Vasilevich has been on the go for a long time but keeps on defying the handicapper, beating Grumeti by a head at Ascot last month. He's only 3lb higher here. Sergeant Ablett was more like his old self last time and closely matched with Art History on their run together at Newmarket in the spring. Midsummer Sun and Traffic Sister both have their sights lowered, but Mohedian Lady may still need this run and Polperro has more to do than when winning his maiden at Windsor. Arabian Heights can't be ignored, however, as he was only beaten half-a-length at Wolverhampton last time and should appreciate the longer trip but it's CREME ANGLAISE that gets the nod. Hayley Turner will probably have Michael Bell's filly closer to the pace today having given her plenty to do at York last time and she remains open to further improvement.
