In depth

Verdict

Sir Michael Stoute tries Collegiate in a visor after the €350,000 yearling made a moderate debut at Chelmsford in October. Team Decision could only stay on at one pace at the latter track last month so this can go to HONEY MAN. Simon Crisford's colt made a very promising debut at Wolverhampton and would probably have gone one better at Goodwood but for failing to see daylight at a crucial stage. Zatorius is another who didn't get the run of the race when well supported on his reappearance at Wetherby and he can do better.
