      Verdict

      Researcher won well in her first try in handicap-company last time but there has to be a doubt about her over this trip today. This also a very different course to Beverley and the extra two furlongs could make all the difference today. That said she is on an upward curve and is entitled to respect. Hearthstead Pride on the other hand should relish the trip and although this will be his eighth outing since the turn of the year, he has really come into himself since switching from the all weather to turf. Joe fanning is once again in the saddle and is taken to guide him home for a third success of the year.
