Verdict

MIDNIGHT TRAIN returned to action with a victory over a mile at Windsor. Breeding suggests this extra distance will suit and Clive Cox’ yard is enjoying a purple patch. Young Winston slides further down the weights but Rampoldi Plan is less exposed while Geopolitic and Kinrarra may improve on their handicap debuts. The latter finished in front of Drawing Clocks at Southwell last time with Bright Blue and Martha Edlin others open to improvement.
