        Verdict

        BLACK ANNIS BOWER is up 4lb for her recent success at Beverley. But, despite racing in the same grade today, this looks less competitive and Mick Easterby's mare is fancied to follow up. Majestic Manannan beat a subsequent winner at Yarmouth last month and has to come into the reckoning on that form but multiple all-weather winner Royal Bajan is still coming up short, despite racing off a lower mark back on Turf. Baby Queen has slipped down the weights though has yet to show any benefit.
