Rusty Rocket won this off a higher mark in 2013 but was well behind third-placed Snow Cloud at Pontefract last time. The latter has claims as does Mercers Row, who beat Jack Luey, Flashy Queen and Miss Mullberry when scoring at the same track. Indian Tinker is upped a grade after finishing second over track and trip but APPLEBERRY drops down in class for this and the top weight gets the nod back on the same mark as when winning in soft ground at Hamilton in May. Keep It Dark was below par last time but had been in good form before that.
