Verdict

ALBA DEL SOLE (NAP) returns from a lay-off but showed ability when fourth over track and trip on her debut in May. John Gosden’s filly may well improve past the more-exposed Kodiac Express, who was narrowly beaten at Sandown when last competing over 5f. Prime Chief made only a modest start at Brighton and the 105,000gns purchase Cowboy Soldier may prove a bigger threat ahead of fellow newcomer National Anthem.
