Verdict

The two winners stand out in this. Lord Of Biscay never figured in last year’s Horris Hill after making a winning debut at Yarmouth and returns to action but ONE NIGHT THUNDER has the more recent form. He won at Kempton before finishing third behind the unbeaten Cicero’s Gift at Goodwood and the Hannon colt gets the vote. Gordon Grey is preferred to stablemate Twoforthegutter while the bumper and hurdles winner Socialist Agenda makes a belated debut in this code.
