SILVANUS is easily the form horse in this race and can chalk up his third win in four starts by taking this handicap ahead of Blessed Place and Vhujon. The pick can be considered well handicapped under a 6lbs penalty after his easy win at Musselburgh last time. That was far from a fluke having previously gone well under a comparable weight and whilst on this progressive run of form he should take a race that won't take much winning. Blessed Place races from just outside of the handicap but after showing a spark of form on his last start can be considered in this line-up while Vhujon is now looking very dangerous at the weights but need to bounce back to form. Sweet Applause is now below her last winning mark and wasn't beaten that far by a well handicapped sort last time but Silvanus is clearly on form and should be winning this.
