CASTLE QUARTER has been edging up the weights without winning but shouldn’t be far away again and certainly deserves a change of luck. With the headgear removed Colonel Lesley beat Sergeant, who won this last year, at Stratford 12 days ago and Ranco also a chance along with Gerard Mentor. Holnest Pound is making his handicap debut but hasn’t shown much so far.
