In depth

Verdict

BUCKO’S BOY made it third-time lucky when successful in a similar race at Hexham earlier this month. That came following a lengthy absence and he should find the improvement necessary to double his tally. Gericault Roque had one run in a point but wears a hood on his debut under Rules. Hartnoll Hero is a half-brother to a bumper winner but the pick of the newcomers may be Grandeur D'Ame, who is a full brother to the stable’s useful hurdler/chaser Dominateur
