In depth

Verdict

If WATCOMBE HEIGHTS copes with this second run in quick time after a long layoff, he'll surely go close. He was no match for the jolly over a longer trip here recently but was a clear second ( Snow Castle a long way behind) and has fair claims on that evidence if able to reproduce it now. Amanto has had chances over timber but showed last time when second at Worcester that a win might be coming soon (third won well at Fontwell last week), he can go close over this shorter trip. The aforementioned Snow Castle isn't written off after one poor run while Midnight Magic could also be capable of better.
