Not a lot to go on as far as racecourse form and in the absence of market information, Kinsford Cowboy is selected in preference to Dawesville and Curved Air. Kinsford Cowboy ran a solid enough race on debut at Worcester and only failed to overhaul a runner with previous experience. Related to a good family, there is every chance that improvement can be gleaned. Dawesville has a stout pedigree but Peter Bowen's representative is accordingly noted. Whatever is achieved today could pale into insignificance in the future. Curved Air has had three attempts at breaking her duck and there is surely a race within her compass. The grey is arguably better on a softer surface so the market is watched to see if this theory is borne out. Keyneema showed little on debut at Taunton and has been unsighted at the racecourse since March. Andrea Gale showed little on two starts in Ireland and it would be no surprise to see further improvement for the switch to Evan Williams. A tough race to enthuse about but Kinsford Cowboy is given as the requisite selection.
