In depth

Verdict

Ban Uisce has returned to form after a mid-season lull and was only caught in the dying strides at Wincanton last time. However, he's yet to score over more than 2m2f so this trip has to be a concern, especially under topweight. In contrast Lavenoak Lad stays all day and may find this a little sharp but he's consistent, well treated and seems sure to get involved. ESTATES RECOVERY has fallen in two of his four chases but was a talented hurdler and is worth chancing in the hope of a clear round. Porta Vogie cannot be ruled out either in a trappy contest with question marks against all contenders.
