    Verdict

Second places at Ffos Las and Bangor suggest Fine Resolve is the pick of those with experience but he doesn't exactly look reliable and the filly Shannon Spree is entitled to improve on her debut fifth over C&D earlier this month. BALLYHEIGUE won a Kempton maiden over 1m3f in May and was noted staying on well in a handicap back on the Polytrack six weeks ago. That run suggests this trip won't be a problem and Gary Moore's gelding can make a winning start to his hurdles career.
