Verdict

Alphonse Le Grande is a rare National Hunt runner for Ed Dunlop and connections are probably here as their charge looks to have lost his way badly on the Flat. CAPTAIN SQUARE may be out of a dam that had a preference for soft ground but he’s not been without promise on the level and Tom Lacey attempts to have located a weak race for starters. Intriguing Lady already has a previous experience to draw upon though Hill Station is preferred as his stable had a 40% strike rate with their runners here last term.
