In depth

Verdict

Rushneeyriver, Big Max, and Zeis are three against the field in this competitive seller and the vote is given to Rushneeyriver. The selection won well last time out when beating Relative Hero and although having a penalty for that win he again has conditions to suit and he is taken to defy the handicapper. Big Max rates the main danger on his latest third behind Northaw Lad, he is sure to strip fitter here and with his yard liking a tilt in the ring he should be closely watched in the market. Zeis is another that could go well on his bets form and with the fitting of first time cheek pecies and tongue tie he could improve and run well at a price. Waziri is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks weighted up to his best. Knight's Emperor is another in first time cheek pecies but all his best form is on a softer surface. Of the remainder Sound Skin has conditions to suit but remains a maiden and in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Rushneeyriver.
