Providing he's fully recovered, SMALIB MONTERG should go one better than when second in a much more competitive affair at Aintree on Friday as he actually races off a lower mark. Union Saint carries a penalty for winning over a longer trip at Ludlow on Thursday but does appear to be improving and is preferred to the returning Special Account and Fear Glic. Kylenoe Fairy has also been off for a while but goes well here and Lava Lamp has won off much higher marks in the past.
