    Verdict

Granite Man gets the vote here with Flying Forme and Algenon rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fourth behind Lets Go Dutch last time out, looks sure to improve for the step up in trip and with his yard continuing in good form he looks the one to be on. Flying Forme rates the main danger, on his best form he is sure to strip fitter for his latest run but he looks high enough in the weights for what he has actually achieved and he is taken on with this in mind. Algenon is another that could go well on his best form but he looks the stable's second string on jockey bookings and he will need to improve for first time blinkers if he is to score. Lough Rynn would be a danger to all on his win a couple of runs ago but he has since disappointed for no apparent reason, while Lost In Normandy is best when allowed to dominate but he looks sure to be taken on for the lead and with this in mind for the winner we return to Granite Man who looks progressive.
