Verdict
Fortunate Fred was only beaten a nose in this last year but his long wait for a first victory continues. Frankie Faulkner lost a shoe when third over further here on his hurdling debut. He holds Ideal Vert on that run but Brendan Powell prefers the latter to stablemate Ryder's Rock. FILM D’ACTION was only beaten three lengths at Ffos Las, despite needing the experience. It appears that wind surgery has produced the desired effect and the four-year-old can get off the mark in this.
