Verdict

Dais Return sprang a surprise at Worcester following a lengthy absence but whether he'll reproduce that form here off a 7lb higher mark is anybody's guess. Pennant Dancer is in form but has shot up the weights, but Uttoxeter scorer Phar Away Island can't be ruled out and The Kings Assassin will be happier back over hurdles. GO AMWELL stays well and will be suited by this test. He can be a hard ride but has the right man on board in Richard Johnson and is still capable of going close off this sort of mark.
