A P McCoy rode Tarvini when he was third over fences at Worcester last month but Maurice Linehan, who twice rode him to victory over hurdles last season, is back on board here while the champ switches to Whenever. Richard Phillips' stayer had a couple of runs on the Flat last month and isn't badly treated back over timber. Patsy Cline has won her last two at Stratford and Fontwell but this is a much sterner test of her credentials while Absolute Shambles is probably better over fences nowadays. Lodgician has a chance, however, as does Is It Me but we'll give a tentative vote to MAGIC MARMALADE who was still travelling well when falling over fences at Worcester last time and stays well. He may just be a bit better treated than his rivals.
