Only five runners in this but it's an interesting little contest, though Zero Visibility may be a bit out of his depth. War Singer profited from some hesitant jumping by favourite All Yours at Huntingdon and won easily. The latter's trainer, Paul Nicholls, runs Monsieur Gibraltar in this and he'll be hoping to go one better than at Kempton and Bangor. Gabrial The Great has won three times on the Flat and the same number over hurdles so it will be interesting to see how he takes to fences but PASS THE TIME (NAP) looks the one to beat. Often highly tried over hurdles, Neil Mulholland's versatile mare was spring-heeled on her fencing bow at Fontwell and can improve further.

Gabrial The Great (IRE) 9-1 (10-12) Pulled hard in rear, headway to lead 4th, headed before 3 out, weakened quickly, soon pulled up, at Newbury 2m hcp (3) sft in Mar.
