Verdict

Nomadic Storm beat Respectueux on heavy ground over track and trip last month and got back to winning ways at Southwell last time. He's upped in grade under a penalty today, however, and we will take him on with DELPHI MOUNTAIN who found the ground too quick here last time. Eased in the weights since, Richard Woollacott's charge is capable of better and most of rivals struggle to get their heads in front. Islandmagee regularly finds at least one too good while Mon Chevalier is out of form. Moorlands Jack has always been a bit of an enigma and, like Olympian Boy, would have preferred another half-mile.
