Dune Raider, Art Modern and Petrovka are three against the field in this competitive opener and the vote is given to the unbeaten Dune Raider. The selection has won both his starts to date in good style notably when beating Ladfino last time out and despite his double penalty he is taken to win again under conditions that suit. Art Modern rates the main danger as he was a fair sort on the flat hails from a shrewd yard and he should be closely watched in the market on this his hurdling debut. Petrovka is another that could go well on his latest second behind Estate but the suspicion is he we be sen to better effect over a longer trip.
