Verdict

Tensile has blotted his copybook once, falling when in contention at Newton Abbot, but either side of that he has produced a couple of good victories and provided he stays on his feet he should outclass these. Maidstone Monument was a surprise winner of a very weak event at Newton Abbot last time and is readily opposed. A more likely alternative is Super Fellow, who had some fair hurdles form in Ireland but had failed to sparkle in three attempts over fences and makes his British debut here.
