Verdict
Ballyjim ran a solid race here last time when third to the impressive The Butcher Said and should be competitive in this ordinary maiden contest. However, the concession of 7lb to the lightly-raced PARODY (NAP) for the powerful Nicholls operation may prove too demanding. The selection appears one of the champion trainer's lesser lights but still showed more than enough when runner-up here last time to suggest she's more than capable of landing a prize such as this. Robin Of Sherwood is a dual point-to-point winner and it would be reasonable to expect improvement from the Tizzard pair of Floral Queen and Eden Flyer.
