Verdict

Not many arrive in form but a chance is taken with ERIC THE THIRD. He was seemingly in need of his first run since November when well beaten here in May and there is a concern this trip is somewhat on the short side for him. However, he does have conditions to suit and the booking of the increasingly impressive Connor Brace takes the eye. He's not one for major stakes but hopefully the market will speak well of him. Woodukheleyfit is hard to assess on limited evidence but is a possible improver whilst Jonnigraig would be of interest if finding the best of his form when with Willie Mullins. Ladies Dancing and Flanagans Field are also respected in an open heat.
