STYNES found plenty for pressure when holding off the staying-on Deauville Dancer at Worcester following a break. As the latter is penalised for a subsequent easy Huntingdon victory, Graeme McPherson’s charge is actually better off at the weights today and may be capable of confirming the form. Cape Caster wore down favourite Today Please at Worcester last month and may be capable of taking revenge on The Yank, who won at Ludlow earlier when Evan Williams’ charge unseated his rider when close up. Vexillum may need another run to blow away any cobwebs.
