In depth

Verdict

Vexillum had no trouble justifying short odds at Exeter last month but may be vulnerable under his penalty. Likewise Stratford scorer The Bay Bandit and chaser Anay Turge could find a few of these too speedy. Revaader has had plenty of chances but Mark Gillard's mare should be thereabouts again while Thunder Sheikh has ability but is another back over timber after a spell chasing. ROSSLYN CASTLE rather lost his way on the Flat and has hardly pulled up any trees over hurdles so far but the sharp track and good ground is in his favour and it would be no surprise if A P McCoy managed to force his head back in front today.
