Ruddy Article was soon left behind after making much of the running over course and distance on his debut under Rules but is open to improvement. Bells Of Ailsworth has been placed in both starts so far over hurdles and shouldn't be far away but Worcester third Dear Darling isn't getting any nearer to breaking her duck. ALMAGEST won over 2m on the Flat on three occasions for David O'Meara so he'll have no problem with this trip. He's joined an up-and-coming NH yard and could have too much class for these if fully wound-up.
