Roby De Cimbre is an interesting candidate for Paul Nicholls to be introducing at this stage of the season and the French-bred gelding is selected ahead of Ingratitude and Wingman. That said, Gracechurch is also a capable performer and is worthy of consideration for one of the places. Wingman got off the mark over hurdles last time out and is respected as a threat again today. He is best with plenty of give underfoot, so any rain will be a big help to him on these terms. Ingratitude is unexposed over timber and can pay his way before too long. He will qualify for a handicap mark after this an can be placed to good effect in due course. However, Roby De Cimbre - already a winner over hurdles in France - looks a typical type for the Nicholls team to go to war with and this looks an easy introduction for this Terry Warner-owned four-year-old.
