Kay Gee Be made a winning reappearance at Windsor and is probably still on a decent mark, despite being 4lb higher here. But PROPONENT was an eye-catcher on his return to action at Newbury, even though he looked in need of the run. Roger Charlton's seven-year-old, who has an excellent record on this track, will strip fitter here and should go close with Dettori on board. There are several unexposed types in this, however, including Namecheck, Colour Scheme and Green Destiny. The last-named looked highly progressive when winning at Leicester in October and it would be no surprise if he were to make his mark in Listed company at some stage this season. Sand Skier looks the pick of Mark Johnston's pair and may be best of the rest.
