    Verdict

Balgair bids for a hat-trick raised a further 4lb having won over course and distance on his latest start. But ROGUE (NAP) faced a stiffer task over 7f here last week when beaten only a head and Richard Hannon’s charge is taken to go one better back over today’s trip. Easy Tiger was also placed over 7f last time but his earlier wins on the all-weather came over 1m2f while Knight Owl is not badly treated having only his second start of the year and is preferred to both Masham Star and Bristol Missile.
