MASTER THE WORLD has been in very good form all summer, landing a very tough York handicap and narrowly beaten by Dark Emerald here on Saturday. He looks well up to regaining the winning thread. Billingsgate has also been on top of his game and completed a double in mid-summer. He couldn't quite hold off Sloane Avenue at Kempton but back on Turf will be difficult to keep out of the frame. Shafrah had looked smart before finding soft ground against him at Newbury and that run is best ignored but Burano, who has generally competed at a higher level, has a strike-rate of 1-30 which hardly recommends him though he's now on his lowest mark for almost three years.
