Pickle bolted up at Leicester two days ago and is taken to score again with The Fun Merchant seen as his biggest danger, ahead of Ridge Boy, Supamach and Gallas. The selection comes here in red hot form and was not extended when scoring at the Midlands venue. He's still improving and should give you a good shout for your money today. Another improver is The Fun Merchant, who comes here on the back of two claiming wins. However, given that he beat a 78-rated handicapper last time, his chance is there for all to see off a rating of 65 and he is a course and distance winner. Of the others, Ridge Boy has been raised three pounds or his recent win and has place claims, Supamach has the look of a lightly-race improver, while Gallas looked to be returning to form last time and could yet turn out to be well weighted. Many of the others are bringing maiden form into handicap company for the first time, so are a bit hard to quantify so we will stick with proven handicap form and that leads us back to the selection, which is Pickle.
