It was only a moderate maiden that Dark Kingdom won at Chepstow but he did it nicely and a mark of 75 may not prove insurmountable. Lashkaal was a beaten favourite in his first two starts then ran his best race to date over this course and distance last week. Secret Spirit should be suited by stepping up to this trip after staying on in a tough Doncaster nursery while Imperial Link just ran out of steam over an extended mile at Nottingham. JILLANAR ran in a couple of strong maidens before catching the eye at Yarmouth where she missed the break before running on late. She's reasonably treated and William Buick can steer her home.
