      Verdict

      Rose Hip did really well last year, winning four times but rising 19lb in the handicap. She may find things more difficult this season but can’t be ignored. Fighting Temeraire won twice at Chelmsford over the winter and has a decent record here so is another to consider but Real Estate is best on the all-weather. ROCK BOY GREY has been going well on Polytrack and has only run three times on Turf. He is due to go up 3lb from next week and Kevin Lundle takes off 5lb today. Shamshon still pops up now and again and is handicapped to go close if fully wound-up.
